Raw egg
5" x 7" oil on board
I am still having trouble with my camera which doesn't seem to pick up the colours properly and some not at all which is very frustrating to say the least! Anyway this painting came about when I realised the egg I had planned for lunch was out of date - so it ended up becoming a 'model' for the day.

Red and green apples
5" x 7" oil on board
The photo of this is giving too much glare and has changed the colours which are brighter on the painting - a new camera I think is needed!

Breakfast
4" x 5" oil on board
I have recently been inspired by artists who paint a daily painting and wanted to give it a go. I thought I would have breakfast first and make a start but then I decided I would paint my breakfast egg instead! The photo isn't very good and I'm not entirely happy with the painting but it was fun giving it a try.

6" x 9" oil on board
This painting was done from some colour sketches I did of St Austell Clay mine in the distance from my parents allotment during a recent visit.
